Photo at left (courtesy of Yahoo pictures) shows all the various cuts that can be identified from a side of beef.

Imagine yourself the winner of all these choice cuts of beef. Better be prepared with some open space in your freezer. This is going to be a whole lot of beef.

Imagine how festive your holidays could be celebrated with choice cuts of roasts, steaks, burgers, and stews.

All it takes is one ticket but you know the odds. The more tickets you have the more chances you have of winning this prize.

If you are interested in finding out more recipes and what you can do with a side of beef as far as delicacies, please contact Tom Buenavista at deacontomb@yahoo.com or give him a call at 293-9604 and he will gladly share with you his secret recipes for beef and stews.

Good luck and hope you win!!!
