The Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI is in Australia for the World Youth Day Festivities. While there he got to meet some of the Australian natives.

Pope Benedict XVI was not too thrilled to come face to face with the serpent... But this is the land of paradise... where feral abundance covers the land and animals roam free. Could it be that the Serpent is once again telling the Holy Father to eat of the fruit of the tree of knowledge as it had done many years ago with Adam and Eve?	But he liked the little Koala bear. He scratched the back of one of its ears - much to the Koala's delight.
Then he had a chance to pet the parrot. Can you imagine the Holy Father's surprise when the bird yelled, "Tempus Fugit... memento mori!" (Just kidding, the parrot was very docile and mute).	The tour would not have been complete if the Holy Father hadn't met with the Kangaroo. Here a baby Kangaroo meekly says hello to Pope Benedict... "Welcome to Australia, Holy Father."
